In stock

A lovely plain Australian sterling silver box by an Adelaide silversmith, Frederick Bassé. Circa 1910, This piece is quite heavy, weighing 210 grams. It may have been part of a toiletry set, or perhaps used for tobacco. It measures 7.5cm in diameter and 4cm high. The marks on the lid are quite worn, but the ones to the base are crisp and clear.
