Irish Provincial Sterling Basting Spoon, Carden TERRY, Cork, c.1780-1795

A rare piece of Irish Provincial Sterling Silver. This bright-cut Old English pattern basting spoon was made by Carden Terry in Cork. It is crested for Callaghan of Cork. In good overall condition, it does have an ever so slight wear to the left hand side of the bowl. It measures 31.5cm and weighs 100 grams.
