Malaysian Silver Childs Set, 1950s

This is a great little set. Consisting of three pieces, these were made by prolific Malaysian silversmiths, the Mohd Salleh and Sons. Their marks are 1260B (part of their address) and a script mark which is in Jawi, an Arabic script used in Malaysia, the script translates to the word is Kelantan, a state in northern Malaysia which has a tradition of silverwork. I would date these to around the 1950s-60s when it seems a lot of this style was being produced. The feeding spoon measures approximately 16.5cm. They weigh a combined weight of 72 grams.
