Rare Pair of Irish Provincial Sauce Ladles, Carden Terry, Cork, c. 1770s

A great pair of rare Irish Provincial Sauce Ladles. With lovely Shell bowls and feather-edging decoration, these sterling ladles were made by Carden Terry in Cork probably during the 1770s, maybe 1780s. They are in great overall condition, with no apparent splits to the bowls (as can often happen with these type of spoons). They measure 18cm long and weigh a combined 88 grams.
