A good solid set of silver forks. They were sold in New York by Ball, Black & Company who succeeded Ball, Tompkins & Black in 1851. They retailed silver silver made by a number of different manufacturers and we succeeded in 1874 by Black, Starr & Frost.
These have a nice Greek key pattern and a fan motif. They are monogrammed 'MCK'. In good overall condition, one does have a slight bend to the tines.
They measure 19cm long and weigh a combined 356 grams.
