A Chinese colonial silver spoon in the fiddle pattern. This was made for export by Kecheong who was working on Old China Street, Canton & Club Street, Honam Island, Canton. He was working circa 1840-1870. It is monogrammed with ADS (or J). This spoon is in good overall condition. The pseudo hallmarks have been obliterated, leaving just the maker's mark.
It measures 18cm long and weighs 44 grams.
