This pair of bright-cut sugar tongs has some of the coolest decoration we've seen! The maker's mark is rubbed but is probably by George Wintle, they were made in London in 1791. They are heavily decorated with circles and are unmonogrammed. They are in good overall condition, just not quite straight from above.
