Walter Harley was a Dublin silversmith transported to Sydney in 1815. He was employed by both John Austin and Jacob Josephson. He dide in Sydney in 1822. 
Australian sterling silver from this period is very rare and Walter Harley's work doesn't appear very often. 
This tablespoon in the Old English Pattern (Harley appears to have made a number of pieces in the Old English style) measures 21cm and weighs 70 grams.
