A nice example of antique Jersey silver in lovely condition. This tablespoon was made by the partnership of Thomas De Gruchy and Jean Le Gallais. They were working together in Jersey between 1830 and 1846. With typical Channel Islands engraving, it is monogrammed 'ELS' (I think!). In good condition, it does have a slight crease to the bowl.
Stamped 'TDG/JLG'.
It measures just over 21.5cm long and weighs 46 grams.
