With classic French style, these heavy forks have the swirls and asymmetry of the Roccoco movement that came into fashion again in the nineteenth century.
The forks are monogrammed and are in good overall condition, though there is some wear to the tines. Clearly hallmarked with Minerva and a maker's mark for Pierre Queille. He was working in Paris from 1834-1846.
They measure just over 21cm long and weigh a combined 334 grams.
