An extremely rare later eighteenth century provincial wine label. This piece was made by the short lived partnership of Robert Pinkney and Robert Scott II. They were working together between 1788 and 1790. The engraving has that provincial crudeness to it. It is in good condition.
Clearly hallmarked - the Leopards Head mark is rubbed.
It measures just under 6cm long.
