An early set of Irish sterling silver spoons. They are Hanoverian pattern and are dessert spoon size. They were made in Dublin by Joseph Teafe in the 1740s. They have a nice period crest of an 'antelope passant'. (It could possibly be for William Dennis, archdeacon of Lismore at the time). They are in good overall condition for their age, there is some wear to the bowls.

Hallmarked.

They measure just under 16.5cm long and weigh a combined 130 grams.
