An impressive Scottish provincial sterling silver 'WHITE WINE' label made by James Gordon in Aberdeen. Gordon was working between 1763 and 1795. The wine label is larger than a standard wine label and has an interesting engraved decoration as a border.
Stamped 'ABN' 'IG' twice (rubbbed but readable)
It measures just under 7cm long.
