An interesting piece of Scottish provincial sterling silver. This sifting ladle was made by John Leslie in Aberdeen. It has a wonderful decoration of a child/chreub playing a flute. It is in good condition. 

Marked on handle with maker's mark 'IL', omega, three tower mark and thistle. 

It measures 13.5cm long and weighs 16 grams.
