A lovely piece of hand-made English silver. This christening mug was made by Hugh Wallis. Wallis was an art metal worker working in Altrincham, Cheshire. The mug was assayed in Chester in 1928. It has a period engraving ' Valerie Olwen Nicholls: July 23rd 1928'. In good condition.
Clearly hallmarked.
It measures 8cm high and weighs 225 grams.
