The simple lines of the early Georgian period are seen in this solid silver coffee pot. It was made by Gabriel Sleath in London in 1731. He made various pieces of hollow ware in his career, including a wine cistern that is in the Hermitage in St Petersburg. No evidence of any monogram removals. It is in good overall condition, there are some holes in the lid that may not be original and the handle has lost all of its paint and has some damage.

It measures 21cm tall and weighs 550 grams.
