An interesting pair of New Zealand greenstone and sterling silver knife rests. This design is normally made by Frank Grady of Wellington but these are stamped 'S.BRO'. We attribute these to Skeates Brothers in Auckland who were working in partnership around 1906. 

Each end is stamped 'STERLING' 'SILVER' and 'S.BRS'.

They measure 8cm long.
