An Armada dish is a shallow circular silver bowl with a flared rim and a raised center, originally inspired by a famous 16th-century set of English silver pieces, they became popular souvenirs in the twentieth century. This small example was made 1974 in London by John Henry Odell (who was working in Kent). 

Clearly hallmarked.
